Course Description:
The 2025-2026 Office of Health Emergency Preparedness (OHEP) Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) deliverables and contract plans have been distributed to participating New York State (NYS) hospitals. OHEP and Grants Administration Unit (GAU) will conduct one (1) webinar session to introduce and field questions on the deliverable and vouchering process.

Course Objectives:
To review the BP2 hospital deliverables, contract plan, and vouchering process. OHEP and GAU subject matter leads will be available to provide guidance and answer your questions on upcoming deliverables and well
as the contract and vouchering process.
Target Audience:
Hospital Emergency Preparedness Coordinators, Fiscal or any other staff with emergency preparedness of HPP contract-related responsibilities.
