Description:  MARO RTC invited field experts to discuss challenges and best practices associated with MCI triage and scene management. Chief Meehan was one of the first paramedics through the door at the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. Staff Lieutenant Jim Etzin is the founder of the International Tactical EMS Association and was the first in the U.S. to conceptualize the Rescue Task Force approach to MCI casualty management.
