Follow instructions below:
1. Enter your name and email address. You must use your FULL NAME
2. Enter the meeting password. Click “Join Now”
4. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
5. Join teleconference by clicking audio link. If you have a phone extension number, the webinar cannot call you, you must click option for call-in number.
6. If you are participating as a group please send a message in “Chat” to host with full names of individuals.
7. To avoid problems logging onto the LMS or accessing the WebEx please begin at least 10 minutes prior to course. If you have difficulty the day of training call 518-473-4223 to speak with Abbey Greenbaum or Tom Reizes.

To get COMPLETE/CREDIT for this course:
1. Please return to the LMS after viewing the content of the Webcast
2. Go to "My Courses"
3. Select "Current Courses" folder
4. Select "Certify Completion - due" in the Activities Column
Once you Certify Completion, the course will be moved to your "Completed Courses" folder.
