Thank you for registering to attend the VIRTUAL eFINDS Train-the-Trainer Course on March 24, 2026 from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
In order to attend the course, you must be an eFinds Administrator (not Reporter) role in the Health Commerce System. Your Health Commerce contact at your facility can provide you with the appropriate access if you don't already have it. The deadline to secure an HCS account and eFinds Reporting Administrator Role will be March 17, 2026. If you do not have those roles by the deadline, you will be un-enrolled from the course.
You should consider having 2 devices for this training. One device would be used to watch the Zoom session (could be phone, tablet or computer) and one device (must be a laptop or desktop) would be used to login into the Health Commerce System and participate in the hands on portion. You could also use a split screen if you don't have access to two devices.
Also be prepared with your HCS account log-in and password, eFINDS Training/Demo Barcodes (10 barcodes/student) and eFINDS scanner. If you don't have a scanner, you have the option of typing in barcodes manually.
