Launching this course will bring you to the course page on the www.LowerNYSPHTC.org site where you will be asked to complete a short, one-time registration.
Once you are registered with LowerNYSPHTC.org, you will be able to access any and all of the LowerNYSPHTC.org courses using the Username and Password you create during that first LowerNYSPHTC.org registration. Completion of your LowerNYSPHTC.org courses will post to NYLearnsPH.com within 2 weeks.
NYLearnsPH.com offers a level of integration with the LowerNYSPHTC.org courses that allows both groups to track your enrollment and completion helping both groups to meet reporting requirements.
Note : It is your responsibility to maintain a copy of your certificate for this module as evidence of meeting any program curriculum you are required to complete. Please allow up to two weeks before completed courses are moved to your completed tab in the LMS
