To get COMPLETE/CREDIT for this course:

1.  Please return to the LMS after viewing the content of the Webcast
2.  Go to "My Courses"
3.  Select "Current Courses" folder
4.  Select  "Quiz - due" in the Activities Column

Once you Certify Completion, the course will be moved to your "Completed Courses" folder.

If you are seeking CNE credit for this webinar, you must email phtc@columbia.edu after you have completed the post assessment. Please include your full name and course title in the email.
