Course Description

As part of the CDC funded National Public Health Improvement Initiative, the NYS DOH Performance Management Group (PMG) in the Office of Public Health Practice has developed the 'Targeting Improvement with AIM Statements' Quick-learn module with the Empire State Public Health Training Center. This module is designed to be one part of a comprehensive approach to integrate Performance Management and QI into the culture of the agency. In alignment with the DOH Strategic Objective to 'Become a model performance-based organization' the PMG will be offering additional on-line modules as well as instructor led training and facilitation services for QI projects and performance management efforts across the organization.

 

Targeting Improvement with AIM Statements” is one part of the Performance Management Training Series. AIM Statements are a vital component to any Quality Improvement project.
