Mastering the Art of De-Escalation: Navigating Difficult Conversations

Course Description: In this webinar, participants will learn practical strategies for effectively navigating difficult conversations in public health settings. Dana Bernstein, PCC, PMP will explore how to identify and address various personality types, offering tools for fostering a safe space for constructive dialogue.
