One of the best ways to improve retention, especially of new or younger workers, is through mentoring. But what does it entail to develop a mentoring program? How is a good mentoring program structured? How can you recruit good mentors? Gain key tips on how to develop an effective and efficient mentoring program at your organization.

- Describe one example of an effective mentoring program in a health department
- Discuss the pros and cons of establishing a mentoring program
- List at least one way you can begin the design and implementation of a mentoring program.
