Course Description

The 2025-2026 Office of Health Emergency Preparedness (OHEP) Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) deliverables and contract plans will be distributed to participating New York State (NYS) hospitals. To prepare for Budget Period 2 (BP2), OHEP will conduct two repeat webinar sessions to introduce and field questions on the deliverables that hospitals and other partners are welcome to attend either session.

Course Objectives:

To review the BP2 Hospital Deliverable Coordination Tool and Contract Plan. OHEP and Grants Administration subject matter leads will be available to provide guidance and answer your questions on upcoming deliverables and well as the contract and vouchering process.
