Background
The Office of Health Emergency Preparedness (OHEP) and Grants Administration Unit (GAU) will host a webinar with participating hospitals in the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP). Per the HPP contractual agreement the participating facilities are required to submit vouchers for deliverable activities completed. GAU will be providing two (2)repeat webinar sessions overviewing how to complete voucher requirements. Hospitals and other partners are welcome to attend.
Goal
To provide an overview on how to fill out vouchers and allow hospitals to ask any questions they may have on the vouchering process.
Target Audience
Hospital Emergency Preparedness Coordinators and any applicable fiscal staff.
