Course Description

This webinar will feature a detailed presentation and demonstration by the New York State Department of Health Division of Epidemiology staff reviewing CDMS functionality specifically relating to the creation and management of COVID-19 screening Operations.  This ClinOps webinar will address how CDMS is used to register members of the public, capture recipient demographic information, and document visit screening results during COVID-19 response clinical operations. 

Webinar attendees will better understand:  

• Creating COVID-19 screening Operations 
• Managing CDMS permissions and CDMS use to minimize staffing needs and staff time. 
• Managing data entry to accurately and efficiently document screening results and countermeasure administration. 
• Creating and saving patient COVID-19 screening results as well as vaccine administration records in CDMS enabling successful automatic data transfer to ECLRS and NYSIIS.
