Course Description

ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents

ICS-200 webinar session is designed to enable personnel involved with emergency planning, response and recovery efforts to operate efficiently during an incident or event within the Incident Command System (ICS). ICS-200 provides training on and resources for personnel who are likely to assume a supervisory position within the ICS.

This webinar can be used as a refresher of ICS-200 or to assist you in taking the IS-200.b exam offered through the FEMA Training website. Completing the webinar alone does not meet the requirements for completing ICS-200. You will still need to take the exam offered through FEMA to receive a certificate of completion for ICS-200. Once you have passed the test offered at www.training.fema.gov, you will receive an email with a certificate of completion attached. Please print two copies of the certificate- one for your records and one for your organization's Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.

POST TEST INSTRUCTIONS - FEMA CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to receive official FEMA certification in ICS-200 students must take the FEMA Final Exam via link provided. Please note that the IS Program now requires a FEMA SID to be used instead of your SSN. If you do not have a SID, register for one here.
